I’m a health coach and author based in Stamford, Connecticut. Whether in the kitchen or at my office, I use my passions for people and numbers to build creative and holistic solutions for my clients. I believe that all successful personal and business ventures should combine a structured, strategic foundation with a strong emphasis on personal connection and nourishment.
I earned my degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University in 2007 and worked in human capital consulting for over six years. After my years as an actuary and consultant in financial services, I received my certificate as a holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013 and began my SoooPaleo blog to share my culinary adventures with friends and family.
After 28 years of cooking experience as a motivated apprentice shadowing my mom in the kitchen, I graduated from food enthusiast to chef, exploring dozens of farmers markets in the Northeast, experimenting with new recipes, and becoming deeply connected to the ingredients in my dishes and the effect my cooking has on others.
I coach clients on everything from weight loss to confidence to time management and organizational skills. I create very practical, structured solutions with a strong foundation based on trust and relationships to help my clients achieve a holistic sense of wellness combining mental, emotional, and physical health.
